From cylinder to glass in under a minute. TropiWhip makes pro-grade nitrous infusion dead simple — for anyone, anywhere.
Load up and pressurize
Add your cocktail mix, cream, cold brew, or culinary liquid to the dispenser. Screw your TropiWhip nitrous cylinder into the regulator head and tighten. Connect the hose to the dispenser top where the charger would normally go and tighten as well. Twist the black knob on top of the regulator to begin building pressure – you'll hear a satisfying hiss. Once complete, on to Step 2.
Let the nitrous do the work
Remove the hose from the dispenser head and give it a good shake for about 15 seconds. Let the mixture settle for another 15 seconds. The nitrous oxide dissolves into the liquid, creating micro-bubbles that unlock flavor and creates a silky texture.
Dispense and impress
Point and press or pour. If you are making a foam or whip cream, you point and press creating that whipped swirl. If you are making a silky nitro cocktail you will want to remove the dispenser head and pour through a strainer into a chilled glass over ice. TropiWhip delivers consistent, professional results every single time.
